Judicial Review:
If you have made an immigration application or asylum application and have exhausted all the remedies then you could make a judicial review claim.
Please note that you need to file a judicial review claim in a limited period and if you will not file within time then you will need to give good reasons to court as to why you did not lodge judicial review in time.
